As part of the implementation of its recovery plan and the strengthening of its governance, JIRAMA has undertaken a reorganization of its management structure. In this context, a new organizational structure has been defined and approved by the Board of Directors in order to improve the clarity of responsibilities, the quality of management, managerial accountability, and the company’s overall performance. This reorganization reflects a governance and management approach aimed at providing JIRAMA with a managerial structure better suited to its current challenges.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the General Manager, the Institutional Communication Director will be responsible for managing JIRAMA’s internal and external communication and promoting a coherent and positive institutional image of the company among its stakeholders.
He/She will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement JIRAMA’s communication strategy.
- Ensure institutional communication with the public, the media, and partners.
- Develop and coordinate internal communication within the company.
- Manage relations with the media and the dissemination of official information.
- Manage communication in crisis situations.
- Ensure the consistency of institutional messaging and validate public statements in coordination with General Management.
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Higher education in communication, journalism, public relations, or an equivalent field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a position of responsibility related to institutional communication.
- Ability to manage crisis communication and control the information disseminated.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
- Rigor, sense of ethics and responsibility, and respect for validation procedures.
