As part of the implementation of its recovery plan and the strengthening of its governance, JIRAMA has undertaken a reorganization of its management structure. In this context, a new organizational structure has been defined and approved by the Board of Directors in order to improve the clarity of responsibilities, the quality of management, managerial accountability, and the company’s overall performance. This reorganization reflects a governance and management approach aimed at providing JIRAMA with a managerial structure better suited to its current challenges.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager for Commercial Affairs (DGAC), the Commercial and Customer Relations Director will be responsible for managing customer relations and the customer portfolio in order to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and the reliability of commercial information.
He/She will be responsible for:
- Manage relationships with customers, including reception, information provision, and handling requests and complaints.
- Monitor the customer portfolio, including subscriptions, terminations, and data updates.
- Improve the quality of customer service and processing times.
- Implement actions aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the transparency and reliability of commercial information and the quality of customer relations.
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Higher education in management, business, customer relations, or an equivalent field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a position of responsibility in customer relationship management or customer service.
- Strong ability to organize and manage customer portfolio activities.
- Ability to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to supervise operational teams and manage sensitive situations.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
- Rigor, service orientation, customer focus, and respect for transparency rules.
