EQUATION IS RECRUITING FOR GUILMANN, A COMPNY OF NP AKADIN GROUP : A QA/QC ENGINEER
MISSIONS
Under the supervision of the Director of Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of work carried out on construction sites. In this role, your main responsibilities will be to:

Implement, monitor, and continuously improve the quality system on construction sites;

Design processes and procedures specific to each construction site, ensuring their compliance with applicable standards and regulations;

Monitor work quality through dedicated indicators, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective actions until full resolution;

Provide regular reporting to management
-
Participate in the preparation of as-built reports, ensuring their compliance.
REQUIRED PROFILE

Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
-
At least 03 years of experience in a similar role
-
At least 05 years of experience in the construction sector (BTP)

Excellent knowledge of quality standards and construction-related regulations
-
Ability to manage multiple site quality systems simultaneously
-
Excellent command of French (written and spoken)

Strong command of office software tools
-
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good negotiation skills and ability to make constructive proposals
-
Autonomy, rigor, and a strong sense of organization

Sense of ethics and integrity
