EQUATION is recruiting for the NP AKADIN Group two (02) :

MANAGEMENT CONTROLLER (S)

Main responsabilities

• Analyze performance and variances : analyze variances between  objectives and achievements, monitor operating costs, and conduct adhoc studies.

• Implement and manage performance indicators : define KPIs tailored to the business and produce regular dashboards for stakeholders.

• Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process : participate in the development of operating budgets and produce regular forecasts to adjust objectives.

• Support operational staff : assist field managers in understanding their results and interpreting performance.

• Optimize costs and profitability : identify optimization levers and propose corrective actions or continuous improvement measures.

• Develop management and reporting tools : participate in the development and implementation of management tools (ERP, BI, Excel, dynamic dashboards).

• Automate and model to improve efficiency : automate reporting and support the modeling of operational costs.

Profile

• Master II in Management Control, Finance, or Auditing

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position

• Experience in the industrial and/or construction sector would be considered an asset

• Good command of ERP management software, ideally SAGE X3

• Excellent command of Office software, particularly Excel (advanced)

• Advanced level in Malagasy and French
