FTHM Consulting celebrated three decades of commitment during an evening event held on Friday, January 23, 2026, at La Cité des Cultures in Antaninarenina, marking a symbolic milestone in the firm’s history.
Since 1994, as an independent management and strategy consulting firm, FTHM has supported the transformation and development of private sector organizations, public institutions, and international organizations. Over the years, more than 1,100 missions have been conducted, with an extensive presence in over 35 African countries.
However, these 30 years also tell a story of strong convictions. FTHM has always aimed to grow, but never to grow at any cost. The values of integrity, humility, discreet elegance, and a constant drive to do one’s best without overdoing it, form the foundation of its development.
This commitment to quality, recognized by the ISO 9001:2015 certification, is also supported by a robust ecosystem of over 150 partners, mobilized to provide complementary expertise tailored to the specific challenges of each project. Furthermore, its membership in the MGI Worldwide international network strengthens the firm’s capacity to intervene on both regional and international scales.
This 30th anniversary is also an opportunity to express deep gratitude to the many clients supported over time. Their high standards have helped the firm grow, often paving the way for new collaborations across borders—from Madagascar to other African countries such as Angola, Mozambique, or Cameroon. Their satisfaction remains, today as in the past, the absolute priority.
As we look forward to the next 30 years, our ambition remains strong. Three priorities will guide this new phase:
