EQUATION IS RECRUTING FOR A COMPANY IN MADAGASCAR A COMMUNICATION OFFICER
MISSIONS
Reporting to the Communications Manager, he/she will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the development of internal and external communications strategies and ensuring their implementation
- Implementing the communication plan
- Conducting market research
- Ensuring the implementation and operational follow-up of communications, sponsorship, and event initiatives
- Contributing to the development and implementation of media and non-media strategy: producing press reviews, drafting press releases, managing relations with the media and external partners/service providers, etc.
- Performing administrative tasks (preparing purchase orders, tracking invoices, etc.)
- Monitor operational activities with service providers and partners
- Manage social media: develop publication schedules/create content
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of the department’s budget
- Prepare and present reports by the agreed deadlines
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or equivalent
- Initial experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Skills in graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign, etc.) and video editing would be a plus
- Excellent writing skills in French and Malagasy
- Creative, rigorous
- Good communicator
- Independent and forward-thinking
- Proactive, with good interpersonal skills and a good cultural knowledge
- Motivated, versatile, and dynamic
