On behalf of a group specializing in medical transportation, EQUATION is recruiting an OPERATION MANAGER.
Reporting to the French headquarters, the manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the management center. He or she leads the local teams, ensures strict adherence to the procedures established by the group, facilitates the professional development of employees, and guarantees the quality of service provided to the operational teams in France.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operations oversight : supervise the switchboard and billing teams, organize schedules, and ensure the quality of service.
- Implementation of procedures : implement and enforce headquarters procedures, while ensuring they are kept up to date and proposing local adaptations as needed.
- Human resources management : assist with recruitment, oversee employee onboarding and training, manage absences, and evaluate performance.
- Reporting and coordination with headquarters : monitor performance metrics, submit regular reports, report incidents, and liaise with senior management in France.
- Infrastructure and logistics management : oversee the setup of office spaces,ensure the proper functioning of IT and telephone equipment, and coordinate with local service providers.
PROFILES
- Minimum BAC+3 degree (management, business administration)
- At least 3 years of experience in team management French expatriates or French-speaking Malagasy residents are welcome
- Experience in a call center, BPO, or back-office setting is preferred
- Excellent written and spoken French
- Meticulous and organized, a leader and a team player, selfreliant and responsive, comfortable with digital tools
