Join a company undergoing a major transformation
Reporting directly to the Deputy CEO , your role is to drive forward and successfully complete projects that bring about tangible change within the company, working closely with teams on the ground.
As the driving force behind the strategic programs known as EFFICIENCE.NET, you will lead a portfolio of high-impact projects focused on Livestock, Manufacturing, Energy, Human Resources, and Treasury. You will serve as the link between strategic vision and on-the-ground execution.
Your responsibilities

Organize and lead the Group PMO

Monitor schedules, budgets,risks, and impacts Coordinate multidisciplinary teams

Resolve operational issues
-
Implement simple and effective processes
-
Report directly to the Deputy CEO
Required profile
-
Master’s degree (engineering,business school, economics,management, or equivalent)
-
At least 15 years of professional experience
-
Including 5 years in a position reporting to general management or an equivalent strategic role
-
Significant experience as a PMO or in managing complex programs
-
Experience in multicultural and changing environments
-
Demonstrated success in crossfunctional leadership without a direct reporting line
