Aware of the current competitive environment, FTHM is committed to a proactive policy of continuous improvement in the quality of its services.

As the leaders of FTHM, we- Thierry RAJAONA, Xavier MICHEL, Marc-Henri BOUGER, Alain PIERRE BERNARD and Fidelis RANDRIANIRINA, consider ourselves responsible for this quality policy and do our utmost to ensure that the customer satisfaction and the interests of stakeholders is at the heart of our firm’s projects and main concerns. Continuously improving our services is one of the main objectives of the firm.

Our aim is to make FTHM a reference firm in the field of consulting and outsourcing service provider in Madagascar and Africa. Specifically, we aim to:

* Achieve total satisfaction for our clients and stakeholders by ensuring « Quality Service » : always better satisfy them by anticipating and understanding their needs and requirements;
* Support and individual development of all our staff in the service of collective performance: mobilize skills and talents and develop team

Our concept of quality can be summarized in three words: Listening, Commitment and Results.

In July 2007, we obtained ISO 9001: 2000 certification. We were the first and only certified consulting firm in the Indian Ocean region.

We have defined and communicated key quality objectives to guarantee the control and efficiency of our processes. The management is committed to providing the necessary human, material and organizational resources to achieve these objectives. These objectives are analyzed, defined, implemented and corrected where necessary.

We know that we can count on the skills, experience and motivation of all our human resources to maintain this excellence in our work. The commitment of all FTHM staff to this certification is an undeniable asset in ensuring the quality of our services and enhancing the performance and image of our firm at all levels.
